Please introduce you and the Travel Village Group.

I'm Lewis Johnston, E-Commerce Manager at the Travel Village Group. Established in Blackpool in 1959, Travel Village Group is an award-winning, fourth generation, family-run business that centres around professional, friendly, and approachable service. We have five brands using TProfile's CRM platform, all ABTA and ATOL protected, that operate under the group: Travel Village, Cruise Village, Southampton Cruise Centre, and The Holiday Village. 

Why did you decide to use TProfile? Include which services you are using?

As our business evolved, we noticed a need for a dedicated CRM and quote system which not only looked professional to our clients but could also provide our management team with extensive reporting capabilities. The system needed to tie in with our existing booking systems and websites, giving us complete visibility of our customers journey. Having trialled various platforms, we decided the best one for us would be TProfile. Our brand website is now also powered by TProfile, and this seamlessly integrates with the CRM platform.

How did you hear about TProfile?

We conducted extensive research of many of the well-known CRM platforms but came across TProfile as they specialise in the travel sector.

How did you find the onboarding and implementation process?

We set up a trial with our brand to see if the system worked as we wanted. And it was soon clear that it was the right way to go. Our various brands have different needs which were all addressed with no issues during the implementation process. We worked closely with Tony, Pete and the team to make sure it was up and running quickly and with no issues.


How does the partnership and service work for you?

We've built our business on strong relationships and its key for us that the companies we work with are on the same page. Working with TProfile over the past 2 years has been fantastic. We've shared ideas on how to improve both the CRM and website. Any issues are dealt with swiftly using the Jira ticketing system. I'm excited to see what 2024 brings us with the introduction of AI & automation.

What results have you seen since you started working TProfile?

It's clear since switching to the TProfile Quote system that clients are responding to more enquiries. They include so much more information like hotel images, destination content and cruise ship information which keeps customers engaged. The reports we get enable us to create visual dashboards so we can focus our marketing efforts in the right places. Overall, it's been one of our biggest success stories.
