Jet2holidays has become the first package operator to be integrated into the TProfile platform.

The integration, which went live on Friday, allows agents to search and send quotes to clients through the travel tech platform.

TProfile CEO Tony Evans said: “Previously, agents would go to Jet2holidays to do a search, then to go TProfile to create a quote. We’ve built the whole thing in TProfile now, so now it’s the same experience as going to Jet2, but it can be done within the CRM.”

As well as having access to Jet2holidays’ full range of packages, agents can create social media posts, marketing campaigns and website pages directly from the platform.

Jet2holidays General Manager – 3rd Party Supply & Distribution Doug Turner said: “We are delighted to be working with the team at TProfile, and pleased to see the successful integration and the inclusion of our latest Gatwick routes.”

In another first, TProfile will launch a Predictive Quotes tool next week, designed to give agents a head start on web enquiries ahead of the January Peaks.

The feature uses TProfile’s TPilot AI tool to automatically generate quote suggestions as soon as an enquiry comes in via the web, matching products to the customer’s requirements and pulling from agents’ previously created quotes.

Tony said: “For an experienced agent it gives them a foundation to work from, and for an inexperienced agent who may not be as familiar with a destination, it gives them an indication of the tour operators that offer it.

“Even before the enquiry has been read, we’ll have ideas ready for the agent. We want to make it as easy as possible for them ahead of Peaks.”
